Purchase Policy

  • Any abandoned or unpaid order will result in the participant being blacklisted and disqualified from all future YOLOZUYA Studio lotteries.

  • The final recipient’s name must match the name used for the lottery entry. We do not accept recipient name changes for proxy entries, gifts, transfers, or any other reason. If the recipient’s name does not match the lottery entry, the purchase will be considered forfeited. A refund will be issued, and the available slot will be released for a redraw.

  • Sofubi toys are handcrafted art pieces and individually hand-painted. Returns are not accepted. In the event of a major defect or damage, please contact us directly. We will assist with repair or replacement when applicable.

  • In the event of any dispute, YOLOZUYA Studio reserves the right to make the final decision.
